How much are your shipping costs?

Free.  Yes, that's right, we offer free standard shipping on all orders.  Tracked shipping is offered for $5.

How long does delivery take?

At this stage Empathy First only delivers to addresses within Australia.  You can expect to see average delivery 2-14 days after your order.

Customised orders may take a bit longer. Please understand this is the nature of customisation and we will keep you informed of developments and estimated time for shipping and delivery.
